Cruisin’ USA is a great guilty pleasure game. I can remember spending hours on this game when I was a kid and was an early release on the system. It might not be the most amazing racer on the platform but it certainly deserves your time.

Jet Force Gemini is one of the most memorable video games. It plays as a 3rd person shooter. It features 3 different characters and a separate campaign path for each of them, a plethora of weaponry, and side missions to complete. It even has arena split screen multiplayer for you to challenge 3 of your friends.

Banjo & Kazooie – Super Smash Bros. Series. This amiibo was released for Super Smash Bros. and is compatible with that game and other games that use amiibo technology. Nintendo Amiibo can be used across many Nintendo games. They are not just limited to one game which means it’s easier for the player to use them across multiple games.

Easily my favourite N64 game growing up and better than Goldeneye 007. Yes, I went there! It’s got a fun sci-fi story based in the future and the gameplay is addictively fun. Highly recommend this gem!

It involves the classic Mario Bros arcade game. You can team up and work collectively or jump into a battle with up to four players. It’s also compatible with Super Mario Advance for individual or multi-pack four-player action. It is incredibly long, fun, and silly. The best part of it is that you can get a permanent store every boss battle, and even a temporary save right amid a level. This game brings hours of satisfaction with dynamic-level designs, power-ups, and many areas on the world map to explore. If you’re on the verge of buying this game, take it, it’s worth it, even by today’s standards.

Super Mario 64 is a blast to play. It is one of the first games on the console to grasp 3D gameplay fully. This game has a grand narrative and many exciting stars to collect and is one of the console’s first games. Thus it has a special place in its history. This is the inspiration for several famous Mario games, including Super Mario Odyssey and Super Mario Sunshine.

Donkey Kong 64 was a game that redefined the scale and scope of a platforming adventure. To rescue each family and destroy the giant baddie and his henchmen, Donkey Kong had to run across the island, complete platforming sequences, fight villains, and solve riddles.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is another essential console game. Its narrative is superb since the player gets to see Link reach adulthood before their eyes. It’s also a lengthy tale, particularly for a game this age. Overall, this is a game that every player should play because it is the Zelda series’ core. It also gets better as the narrative goes on, so there is never a dull experience.

As a racing game, Mario Kart 64 took the top spot. It had you hopping onto a go-kart and racing against all of your favorite Mario Brothers characters. It was a blast to play this game with all of your friends that would come over.

The best shooter for N64 was GoldenEye 007. Who doesn’t like being James Bond and getting to shoot up the bad guys? If I’m honest, I don’t quite remember the story much, I simply remember the gameplay being ridiculously fun. This was doubly so when you had the neighborhood join you in 4 screen multiplayer and shoot each other up.
