The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz (7/27)

I am recommending this book because its a guide to living mindfully that anyone can understand and apply in their own lives. The four agreements he introduces and explores are the perfect place to start integrating mindfulness into your everyday life. They are; be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions and always do your best.
