This one is a bit more niche. The host, Philip Morgan has developed particular expertise in how a business can start to specialize, i.e. go from being a generalist (e.g. a full-service digital agency) to being a specialist in a particular field (e.g. building sales funnels for dentists). Doing this kind of specialization can massively increase revenue and make it easier for other businesses to identify good referrals for you, but there are some issues particularly around the fear of turning away business. If you have any interest in this I highly recommend this podcast to you. It’s particularly useful to those who run a B2B business like consulting or another type of professional service business.
