This book – on how to survive the aftermath of a relationship with a narcissist or remain sane if you do decide to stay is applicable for both men and women. In fact, men in a relationship with a narcissist often don’t know where to begin and how to handle a range of thorny issues from infidelity to custody to how did I get into this mess – while narcissism is more prevalent in men (making this also a useful book for men to understand this phenomenon) – it affects all genders.
