Sometimes you want a sugary drink, but sugary drinks are a waste of calories and have zero health benefits. Instead, whip up a fruit smoothie! Pour in some of your favorite fresh fruit. You can use coconut milk or regular milk to make it really creamy. Don’t forget the ice to give it some texture.
