Sometimes, you just need something sweet to munch on. Instead of grabbing those airheads or sour patch kids, reach for a piece of dried fruit. It’s sweet and sticky and everything you’re craving.

Take it slow though. Dried fruit still has a ton of sugar and could be quite fattening if you eat too much.
