So many people will make a New Year’s Resolution to start a diet, eat more healthily or lose weight this year.

But many of these New Year’s Resolutions will have fallen by the wayside before January is even over.

I’ve seen it so many times over the years as a personal trainer.

What I have learned over this time is that the key to long-term and sustainable success comes not from mindlessly following the latest fad diet, but from understanding the fundamentals of nutrition and developing the knowledge and tools to be able to set up a diet and meal plan that works for your body, your lifestyle, your schedule and your personal preferences.
