Photo booths are a great way to encapsulate the era. This is your time to drag out obscure props and get the lights flashing. To make a solid photobooth, you’ll need to scrounge up your best accessories for props and create a backdrop. This can prove tricky. If you’re not well adept at crafting, play it safe with a tapestry (there are some goodies on Society6), streamers (the cheapest option), and balloons (duh!). Stick to a color scheme that’s appropriate for your era. If you’re going for retro, opt for cutesy pastels.
