Traction (2/2)

Traction is a book based on marketing channels and how to make decisions in order to stick to just a couple of channels vs. trying everything at once. Traction speaks on how to take advantage of what is working and finding a way to bring it to the next level without having to sacrifice so much time, value and other tactics just to experiment.

Focus on what is delivering results and make it grow, make it reach the right people. If the channel becomes automated or dies, yes, then find a way to open a new channel, but focusing on the best option not being tapped by competitors, will def. present a new line of fresh air to any business!
