The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle (5/21)

The reason why I suggest Daniel Coyle’s book is because when you are starting on a new job, you are supposed to work with a lot of new people and be a part of different groups to be able to perform optimally. This book works as a manual to build positive relationships at the workplace which is a two-fold collaborative approach- you help the organizational culture through your positive efforts as it helps you in enhancing your individual values.
