Anxiety is the predominant struggle amongst teens today. There are books specifically labeled as self-help for teen anxiety, but I’ve found them to emphasize engaging stories and pictures. As Teen Anxiety is marketed for use by mental health professionals, it doesn’t fill its pages with fluff. A self-motivated teen can use its 60 in-depth, research-based activities to understand and alleviate their symptoms.
