Add different colored fruit and veg. at every meal – folks will reap the perks, as different colors indicate different nutritional benefits. Lycopene is found in reddish fruits and veg. like tomatoes and red peppers; vitamin C from yellow fruits and vegetables like kiwi fruit and oranges.
