Israel by Anita Shapira (1/7)

Anita Shapira’s Israel, a History is written from a centrist perspective and truly includes a lot about Palestinians and Israeli-Arab relations. A big chunk is missing for the Golda Meir years, but its made up for with an immersion into almost every Israeli political party and cultural movement since the first Aliyahs to Palestine/Israel in the 1800s.
