How to Survive the Loss of a Love by Peter McWilliams (7/7)

List item

Although the title suggests that this book deals with surviving the death of a loved one, it actually speaks to the pain of separation and loss of dreams. Even when a divorce is one of choice, there is a feeling of failure and self-condemnation attached. This book speaks to that, and more, clearly and sympathetically. It makes complete sense and reads easily (a gift to the muddled mind). My first copy handed to me by a wise friend. I have since given dozens away.
