This is a great book with a really simple but life-changing concept; if we do nice things for others, it helps them feel better but it helps you feel better in return as well. This can be used in any type of relationship- with your spouse/partner, kids, friends, relatives, etc. But, it also helps you to see people out in the world who are in pain, so you can do little things like smile/notice/acknowledge them to help them feel better, which helps you feel better too!
