Godlly Women Waiting on Godly Men by Honey Gilmer is a memoir of a (now) happily married wife and grandmother who overcame a difficult childhood (sexual abuse by a relative). Many poor decisions followed as a result of low self-esteem from her experiences. Gilmer was broken inside and out, turned to God as a last resort and with His help, completely changed not only her mindset and behavior, but her life.
