This book was a life-changing read for myself. It goes into real-world war examples of decision making and then transitions into the business world decision making, which is exactly the same. The overall message of this book is to take control of your surroundings and be a leader no matter what role you play in a team. It will be very hard to find a book that I enjoy more than Extreme Ownership.
