Wake up every morning and complete your biggest, most important, and often most dreaded task first. Not only will you have a sense of accomplishment, but that task is often the one that will have the biggest positive impact on your job/business. As an entrepreneur in the fitness industry, it is easy to get swept up in the small tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping up with cancellations. By tackling my biggest tasks first thing in the morning, I know that my business is continually moving forward.
