Do not multitask (20/34)

This was the most difficult for me. I have always been a multi-tasker just so I can get as much done at once but noticed that it actually slowed me down in the long run. I was consistently leaving items incomplete. Once I start a project then that is all I focus on so I can tick it off my list.
