Create a 10 minute routine (or find one on Youtube) that you can do in the morning while your coffee is brewing or you’re kids are getting dressed.

Example: 10 sets of 10 varied squats + resistance band lunges for one song (approx 3 min) + 20 pushups and a 60 second plank.
