This book explores operating in very crowded business space including awesome case studies on the wine industry (Barefoot Wine disruption) as well as the circus (cirque du soleil). They have some great visuals I think is critical to help Realtors or any business discover their value proposition in crowded red oceans which Realtors are finding themselves in these days with ibuyers, hedge funds, discount brokers and a lack of inventory.
