Black Ivory Coffee – More than $500/pound (12/12)

Made from Arabica beans only found in Thailand from the famous Black Ivory company, it goes through a similar process to that of the civet coffee seen above. Local elephants consume the beans before digesting and allowing their natural acids to break down the coffee, which is how the natural and distinct flavour comes about that coffee lovers sought after. With only a tiny amount of coffee available at a certain time, its robust and crisp texture makes it one of the most expensive drinks ever.
