This is hands down one of the best avocado recipe books I have found. It is chock full of recipes any avocado fan will love. From conventional recipes, like guacamole (including creamy, spicy and thick), to unusual or ahem, nutty (like avocado mac and avocado creme brûlée), this is basically my bible. Plus, they have a recipe for an avocado margarita, and honestly, I’ll take any excuse to mix avocados and alcohol any day.
