Burnout and disengagement in the workplace are major, well-documented business problems. Solutions are hard to come by for two reasons: the problems are not well understood and the solutions transcend traditional operations, human resources, and marketing/branding silos. I would like to suggest I book I recently wrote entitled “Reversing Burnout. How to Immediately Engage Top Talent and Grow! A Blueprint for Professionals and Business Owners”.
In addition to providing a clear understanding of the problems and realities of today, the book chronicles my burnout and eventual “pivoting away” to a new venture at what should have been the peak of my career.
