#1 San Antonio Family Hotel: The Drury Inn
There are several Drury Inns in San Antonio. I have personally stayed at Drury Plaza in North San Antonio. Each Drury Inn provides a hot free breakfast, evening drinks and snacks and free soda and popcorn. When we were there, the evening snacks were more like dinner for most families. It included a pasta dish, nacho, hot dogs, potatoes and several other dishes. There is a soda machine available and a popcorn machine. Beyond these great amenities, the price was very affordable and the hotel was well kept. Whenever we go to San Antonio, we seek out the Drury Inn.

#2 JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort
I'm a huge fan of the JW Marriott. They have an incredible pool and lazy river area. Kids (and teens) absolutely love it! Spending the day in or near the water is a necessity when you're in the San Antonio heat. The location is great because it's far enough removed from downtown San Antonio that you feel like you're out in the country, yet close enough to shops and restaurants that you won't run out of things to do.
