On your quest for self-love, learn to accept compliments on your physical features that others love but you might not. Deciding that you need to do things for yourself can make a world of a difference. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a spa or pamper day, but even just taking the time in a day to relax, reflect, and just slow down will be enough.
