Travelling is guaranteed to open your mind and fill your heart with memories. It’s a gift that you should always give yourself if you can, as there is always something new to discover.
Australia is a magical country full of impressive wildlife, gorgeous views and magnificent places worth visiting. The country also has stunning cities and idyllic beaches, so there is something fun for everyone. Its tourist culture is very well-developed, so you can be sure of getting the welcome you deserve and being guided round the most attractive places.
Beaches
Thanks to its extensive coastline, Sydney has over seventy beautiful beaches to offer you. With golden sand and azure waters, Bondi Beach should be your first port of call. It’s perfect for novice surfers, family days out, and trips with friends or your partner, where you can chill out with a drink in the Iceberg pool.
Other beaches you can enjoy while in the city include Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly (perfect for diving), Gordons Bay and Maroubra. The last of these is a favourite among backpackers and more advanced surfers. If you are travelling alone and would like to share the experience with a beautiful woman, then have a special date with Sydney escorts; they will be more than willing to accompany you as you explore the city.
Visit Sydney
This Australian city is the country’s oldest as well as the biggest and most populated. With extensive coastline and the famous, uniquely-designed Opera House, leisure activities here are virtually endless.
Opera House
This beautiful building, designed by Danish architect Jørn Utzon, opened its doors in 1973 and was declared a Unesco World Heritage Site in 2007. You can look on its website to see what shows and events are on during your stay, or if you prefer you could take a guided tour of the whole place.
Here you can have a delicious lunch too, with fine drinks. From sundown to 9pm you can watch the Badu Gili light show, which is only 7 minutes long and is projected all year round. The name of this beautiful light show, which is completely free, means “water light” in the traditional language of the first settlers, the Gadigal people.
The Great Barrier Reef
A place that needs no introduction, Finding Nemo showed us just a tiny part of the stunning beauty of this barrier. As a World Heritage Site, this gorgeous underwater “museum” will take your breath away.
This delicate and precarious ecosystem can be visited with a snorkel or scuba diving. The huge variety of fish and other marine animals make it a natural spectacle you’ll want to see again and again.
Melbourne
“She gathers strength as she goes” is the city’s motto, and it truly lives by it. Since 2011 it has officially been the city with the best quality of life in the world, as its levels of poverty are extremely low. Many tourists also consider it their favourite city to visit.
Gastronomy
Thanks to its excellent quality of life and great economic development, Melbourne restaurants are a treat for the palate. Attica is one of the top 50 restaurants worldwide; its menu, designed by chef Ben Shewry, will delight you.
Estelle Bar and Kitchen, Donovan’s, MoVida and Press Room are some of the other trendiest restaurants in the city.
St Kilda Esplanade
You can get to this bohemian area by tram, so your visit there will look and sound lovely before you have even begun. You can start your day in the historic theme park Luna Park, with its legendary rollercoaster.
You can have a light lunch and a coffee on Acland Street while you wait for nightfall, when live music begins at the Espy pub. From there, you can round off the day with the best pizza around at Mr. Wolf or the delicious burgers at Barney Allen’s.
Melbourne Zoo
With unique species native to this strange country, Melbourne Zoo is a must-see. Under-16s go free, but they must be accompanied by an adult. To find out more about the zoo’s events, guided tours or talks, visit their website; it is easy to navigate and you can buy your tickets online.
