vegan lox toast! ?? @miyokos_kitchen makes a seven ingredient vegan cream cheese that tastes salmon-y but isn't disgustingly fishy. it's thick, creamy and filling and goes with just about anything. spread it on some toasted seed bread (i buy the seeduction loaf from @wholefoods), throw an avocado on top and you have yourself a super wholesome 3 min plant based breakfast ? we're off to spend the morning with family before they leave town. happy tuesday! #motherofchunk
