The Pumpkin Plan explains marketing really clearly and includes plenty of real-world examples that make it far easier to follow along with and, more importantly, put his advice into action. He also includes an incredibly helpful section where he lists a selection of great questions to ask clients that will help you provide a better service. On the face of it, it’s a simple concept, but it’s a book I read over and over again to help us improve our marketing service.
