The Assemblage John Street is a wellness-focused boutique hotel and coworking space in NYC’s Financial District. In alignment with their core value of biophilia (the idea that humans have an innate desire to surround themselves with live plants), all spaces are covered in lush, live greenery, including the building’s entrance – a tunnel coated in live moss, complete with a large iron gong, which emits vibrations meant to calm those who enter the space.
