As communities become more homogenous, it is easy to find the same restaurant in each town. Pick a place you both like and go out to eat together. This obviously works best if you are in the same or similar time zones but if not think of a creative way to handle that issue. Otherwise, you have the same menu, the same environment and it can be a close replication of dining out together. Place your phone in their spot, plug in headphones, and enjoy an evening out together.
