One of the best books I’ve read on productivity which I still reference years later is a book titled ‘Rework’ by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier. The chapters are divided into small statements with snippets each only a page or 2 long. It talks about building a business, making quick decisions to embrace progress and move on, quick wins, and creating short tactical to-do lists.
It has confirmed some of the behaviors I use each day on the job as well as help me pass down suggestions to employees to help them excel. The entire book can easily be read in one sit-down which is ironically how any book on productivity should be designed.
