I’m a huge fan of the JW Marriott. They have an incredible pool and lazy river area. Kids (and teens) absolutely love it! Spending the day in or near the water is a necessity when you’re in the San Antonio heat. The location is great because it’s far enough removed from downtown San Antonio that you feel like you’re out in the country, yet close enough to shops and restaurants that you won’t run out of things to do.
