The true poor man’s espresso made on the stovetop. Similar to a steel version of the siphon, it pushes water upward as the bottom chamber heats up. However, the coffee is stuck in a metal basket in the center, so the water extracts coffee essence as it plunges to the highest chamber or carafe. For the espresso drink lovers.
