Throughout your life you are going to hold a number of grudges and resentments. That much is inevitable. If you are living, you are going to cross paths with all kinds of people. Some of them you will like, most of them you won’t, and definitively the majority of them are going to deeply disappoint you.
When that happens, anger might take a hold of you. If left unchecked, it will start to spill in the other areas of your life unrelated to the person that caused it. Do not let this happen, it’s just not worth it.
Don’t ever let whatever grudge your heart might hold consume a minute of your time or one iota of energy that you could be using on something positive. Learn how to forgive and move on. Learn it by reading these books about forgiveness.
