In a recent study, Dr. Gail Matthews, a Psychology professor at the Dominican University in California found out that you become 42% more likely to achieve your goals, simply by writing them down on a regular basis. Each week choose your focus for the upcoming week. Then choose 5 Steps you will take that week, that will bring you closer to your goal.
