It is a really short book that can be easily read in one or two hours. Yet, being so short doesn’t stop this book from bringing incredible knowledge that can literally change the way you think and perceive everyday life. In the book, Dr. Spencer shows four characters – two persons and two mice. Each of these characters depicts different types of people and life approaches.

Everyone will find himself as one of the characters. One is stubborn and thinks that he deserves everything and doesn’t have to do anything to get things. Another wants to discover new things and doubts about his situation but is too fearful to do anything. Third does what other character does and the last is not scared of changes and always moves forward.

By realizing which character we are and which one we want to actually be we acknowledge the actions we have to take to make that change. This book will show you how to live the best version of your life. I’ve read this book a while ago, but I still remember one quote – What would you do if you weren’t afraid? – it crashed me at first, but then I realized that I do not really have to be scared to take an action.
