Nudge discusses the various choices that we make every day, in areas such as our health, our finances, and our relationships. Through dozens of examples from research in the fields of psychology and behavioral economics, this book demonstrates that we often make the wrong kind of choices, due to the imperfect way that our cognitive system works.

Then, the book explains why we make this kind of choices, and how we can make better ones, by using nudges, which are small modifications to our decision-making environment. Overall, this book provides illuminating insights into our decision-making process, and equips the reader with practical tools that they can use in order to make better decisions.
