Dave is one of the most recognized business leaders in the world so to get his perspective and his thoughts on running a business is priceless. Combine that with the practical, and relatable advice he gives you that you can pretty much immediately start implementing in your business, no matter the size, makes this book an absolute must read. He also has a style all of his own when it comes to management and running his company so it is a unique perspective that you don’t get from many other books.
