Cook Everything Outside (1/6)

Take advantage of the summer weather by cooking outside! Go beyond burgers on the grill. For healthier options, marinate chicken breast in nonfat Greek yogurt for at least 3 hours before grilling to tenderize and impart great flavor without the added fat. Or try grilling fish! Salmon is a great fish for grilling, because its higher fat content keeps it moist, and salmon tastes great with a smokey quality. Grilled vegetables like mushrooms, asparagus and bell pepper make a great light and healthy side.
