By far, my fave is in Los Angeles: Back on the Beach Cafe, 445 Pacific Coast Hwy, Santa Monica, CA 90402. Ugo Cafe is also excellent and in a beautiful setting at 3865 Cardiff Ave, Culver City, CA 90232.
There’s nothing like eating outdoors, especially in sunny California. They say it’s even good for your blood pressure to eat among the trees and grass under a blue sky now and then in the fresh summer breeze.
