Moon Milk (5/9)

This milk is the perfect way for any successful business person to end their day. It’s a warmed up milk that you can infuse with herbs and spices. Dairy milk contains tryptophan which is the sleep-inducing amino acid. The cinnamon and ginger you can add to moon milk have antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory effects.
